Integrate multiple emails
planned

The ability to have multiple practice emails would make things a little more polished. For instance, my current practice email is "questions@mydomain" as the majority of notifications sent to clients are in regards to questions we have about transactions. However, when emailing vendors for W9s, this same email is used to contact them. I'd prefer to be able to use a separate address for these emails.

Is there an update on this? Would be so helpful instead of a main practice email that all answers go to.

Having multiple practice emails would be very helpful! Several staff use Keeper with multiple clients, so having replies go only to the main practice email is inefficient. It would be better for the staff who sent the email in Keeper to get the reply than the practice.

This is really needed as having it be one tends to cause some bottleneck issues.
This or perhaps allow the use of a group email.

Is there any new information regarding this planned update? Would be super helpful for our practice.

I would also like to the ability to have multiple emails under one profile. some of my clients give me my own email account. and when I send an email from Keeper I would like to choose what email to use depending on the customer I am working on. Google and Microsoft

Yes, would love to interact with users and vendors, and customers both sending and receiving emails through Keeper. Hopefully, this is included in the planned status?

Change the from email

When sending an email to clients the "from email" is one email for the company. Can we change that to be from the assigned bookkeeper?

My practice uses 'alias' email addresses on top of the team@ email address currently being used as our practice email in Keeper. We have been trying, for some time now, to get our customers accustomed to using that email address when they are communicating with us. It is somewhat confusing for them to be receiving emails from team@ when we are asking them to communicate with their alias 'clientname@'.
It would be helpful if we could assign an email address to a client. Our team doesn't typically communicate with the clients from their personal work email. I'm curious if there is a way to have both options.
Thought this might be the best place for this comment :)
