Internal client names on the Client List vs client names on Management Reports

I'd like to add a bit more description on why this is needed. I use a numbering system to order my clients in a certain way. I do the same thing in QuickBooks and in my Google files system, so that all references align in the same order. The customized vendor request template that was recently implemented is a big problem solver, however, I end up having to employ a workaround where I remove the number from a client's name, send out the W9 requests and then add the number back. This way, I don't confuse vendors by having a number in front of the client name. The Merge Tags option inserts the only client's name field we have to work with, which unfortunately, includes my numbering system. This has been an issue for me ever since I started using Keeper's 1099 feature (which by the way, is an awesome feature). Further, that number displays on Keeper's monthly financial reports that ultimately go to my clients. Would love it if we could tweak the All Clients Settings/Workflows page to add a second client name field that could be used for internal purposes.

And to have a client code. We have a name code for each client that we want to show in the internal client list for selection. Right now we do "(ABC) ABC Co, Inc.", but that also shows everywhere else, like financials, etc.

Yes!! I've run into this being an issue with the 1099 emails because the name we have them listed as is their legal business name but their vendors know them by their DBA name or something like that. So when the email goes out and it says hey we do the books for LEGAL NAME the vendor is like huh never heard of 'em!

This is important, especially when we use prefixes to sort our customer list. Example: I have my books set as 1.(Company Name), and I just pushed a test report and that's how the email came over. I append PR or ST to clients that are only payroll or sales tax, and those suffixes show in their email titles as well.
