Hello, it is really important for my firm to track client and staff performance for continuous improvement on both ends. At minimum, we would like that Keeper have an open API to export data revolving around activity. It would be even better if there were dashboards that focus on staff/client performance. Examples - "Did we close Client A's books within an acceptable time this month?", "Is Client B responding to our inquiries within an acceptable time?", "What type of inquiries do we regularly receive from Client C?".
