Sometimes there are vendors who require rules that are for the opposite condition. For example: I have a vendor that if a bill includes the account number XXXXX, it needs to be classed a certain way. But, It would be great if we could make a rule so its the opposite of that can apply to any invoices that DONT contain XXXXX.
