Also can we rename the "Non-Transaction Questions" tab to something like "Information Requests"? Saying "Non-transaction" questions seems to make clients think they are not important.

Cortnie Grno Fetzer I love these options. Most of my clients in a survey I sent out reported that "Questions for Us" in THEIR portal lead them to think it was questions for them.
My vote would be for "Questions you have for us" as it clarifies the direction the question is headed.

Can you change this client portal menu name? For the clients are questions for the accountant. It is at the moment confusing. Two clients already mentioned to me. Regards

A couple of clients that I onboarded to Keeper found this terminology confusing. How about "Questions to Support" or "Communication to Support"?

I feel like the upload feature on the dashboard could just be moved to the Questions for Us tab. Also if this bar were to turn a slight red to let us know either a question or an uploaded document (not attached to a transaction or nontransaction question) has been submitted.
