I would love to be able to add contacts with access to ONLY upload or email receipts. I would prefer that these contacts do not have access to the portal other than the ability to upload receipts.

Can’t anyone with our practice phone number text a receipt in? I’m not using it yet so I’m unclear on this…

Ellen Oliver - Yes they can, but if that phone number is not added to the client, then the receipt lands in a general bucket where we have to manually identify the firm that receipt belongs to. We are doing this right now for one client because the person sending the receipts should not have access to everything in Keeper on that client. Receipts-Only Access would allow us to set that person up and limit their access to receipts upload only. Then we could add them to the client and their receipts would automatically flow to the proper client.

I too need receipts-only access - I have to use HubDoc for it right now.

As I have previously communicated. I have many clients using Dext that have 10+ cardholders. If I could give them the ability to upload receipts and information in Keeper, I would switch. However, they only need access to their own submissions and should not have any additional access
