For Internal Controls, I would love a way to view how quick the response time is for my team on questions from clients. Bonus points if I could have this be only based on work days (so if a question gets asked late friday, it doesn't show as a 3 day response time if it gets answered on monday).
Clients often claim communication is one of their biggest needs, and if we have an efficient way to measure what matters, we'll be able to deliver timely results to our clients.
