I would love to have all comments in a client in keeper be forwarded to a slack channel specific to that client. In-line responses could be 2-way synced to that chat space in Keeper.

Yes! 
I'd rather see notifications in Slack than e-mail. 
Slack is preferred by the team over the Keeper Chat.
