I don't know if this was the point, but I just found out that Keeper can't currently support line item Payees. So for non-profits, as Brittany mentioned, who get large "multi-donor" deposits, we're unable to get granular data on those deposits.

In my example, I'm trying to run a Transaction by Payee report (which could be similar to a grant, or a project, or a donor), to confirm everything is categorized correctly. The deposit was for $11000 and had about 6 line items/donors/payees on it. So even though the $1500 from this particular line/donor/payee was in there, Keeper does not recognize that as a transaction for Keeper report purposes.

It would be amazing if this could also be considered during the support of splitting deposits! Recognizing transactions that have line item (and therefore multiple per transaction) payees/classes/locations/etc.

This is very important for nonprofits who get large deposits for different purposes. I love keeper but this is becoming very complicated being that my focus and larger clients are nonprofits.
