I am new to Keeper, but see it's potential. Probably not going to use Keeper for Prospects, so I would like a zap from ClickUp to Keeper to set up a new client. Probably think of more uses later.

Off the top of my head my top ones would be:
- Create client in Keeper from signed contract in Honeybook
- Setup client portal in Keeper from signed contract in Honeybook

Hi folks! If we had Zapier tomorrow, what are some of the processes you'd like to be able to automate?

Ben Stein:
*Zap new client into Keeper from QBO or Practice Ignition
*Zap projects listed in signed proposal from Practice Ignition to Keeper
*Zap contact info from QBO or Practice Ignition to Keeper and set up client portal
*Zap Keeper intro email to client (perhaps this could be a Keeper automation)
*Zap - when printing financial reports from Keeper, zap them (pdf) to OneDrive folder (or google drive, dropbox, etc.)

Ben Stein: Much like Susan's Request:
- New Client Added (and connected to the QBO is a plus)
- Add a template to that client (report template, task templates, etc)
- Add new contacts to the client
- Modify client properties (like monthly rate, attach agreement or files, add tax id, etc)
- Send an email ("introduction email" would be the most used, but it would be nice to do others)
- (I love Susan's suggestion) - When printing financials from keeper, add the pdf to your storage of choice
Big Wish:
- Trigger! - When client asks a question! (and let us pull in the question ID, so we can reference it later).
- - Then, in zapier, i'd set up a delay for two days, and have it check if that question has been answered (by referencing the Question ID). If it hasn't, then I'd have my zap sound the alarms that we're ignoring a client.
- - Additionally, i could then log every time a client asks a question, have it check daily on that question until it is resolved, and record the time lapse between the clients request and our response. If i have a running spreadsheet with this info, i could track the response time of my team, which is a metric that we want to make sure stays under 2 days.

Ben Stein: Another comment ;)
My dream goal is to have client onboarding internal tasks completely automated. I have much of it automated so far, but my kinks are with Keeper (and Financial Cents - hoping Keeper will replace this in the near future). Would love to have a proposal signed in practice ignition (trigger) and all onboarding Keeper tasks automated (setup, client portal, intro email, contact). Currently my internal onboarding takes 1 hour per client. Would love to make that ZERO!

Ben Stein:
A few things come to mind...some of which look like they've been laid out already:
Trigger: Status of Month-End close changed to Ready for Review in Keeper
Action: Slack message sent to Reviewer
Trigger: Practice Ignition proposal signed
Action: Keeper client set up
* I'm not sure that I would use this one because not all of our PI proposals lead to setting up a Keeper client, so there would need to be some conditional logic built in to only trigger off specific items in the proposal. Also, I would still need to go in and link the QBO account.
I don't know if this is in the realm of Zapier or more of a native integration with Slack or not possible at all, but it would be cool to be able to have a dialogue on a task/subtask (similar to comments in Keeper) but be able to carry that conversation in a thread within Slack and have it sync up with comments in Keeper.
I'll keep thinking on this and add any more than may come up. Thanks Ben!

Jake Kessenich awesome, thanks! I think some of these Slack ones might be a native integration rather than via Zapier, but this makes sense :)
