In the Task Description field, there are two main changes i'd love.
1) a setting to allow us to make them default to only showing the top line (with an ellipses and "see more"). That way your screen doesn't get clogged up with every long task description. Ideally, you would only see the very long task description if you click on the task.
2) I'd love for that field to be as dynamic as the "Client Notes" text box. I would want to bold, italicizie, hyperlink, Headers....
This would allow us to use keeper to house all our SOPs

Be still my heart!! If we could make the task description pretty with hyperlinks... I would quit using my task manager completely! I attached a picture example of how I use my task description fields now

I love this! Can't wait for implementation of the notes enhancement. My notes tend to be long so this will be very helpful. All about conserving screen real estate!

... Also would be cool to have task descriptions like the above suggestion for all tasks that currently don't have a description box.
... ALSO (maybe this should be a separate canny, sorry!) would be cool if there 2 options for the checklists formats, like A- make checklist items numerical (i.e. for instructions), B- make checklist items as checkboxes (as it is now)

Jessica Albee: Yes! We need a task description box for ALL tasks (Reconciliations, Payee/Entity, Txn Review, Financial reports, etc).
