Our biggest challenge is being able to search through our chats to find the right convo with out digging so long. Can we add filter functionality to team chats. For now I plan to open every chat window with specific wording, almost like a category before I start the message so it's easier to find stuff. But if you opened a chat bubble and it had slots for "category" or "topic" and pulled in the client as a filter, maybe by close, or filterable by chat date and last time chat was updated, etc. Add some options for notifications and it would be perfect!
