In addition to question date and response date, it would be helpful if we could see who responded. I have clients with multiple users. I think there may be a separate task (not sure) that addresses being able to see who replied. If so, maybe it could be merged with this one.

And lock previous answers so we can't overwrite what was previously asked if we accidentally type in the box and press save instead of 'respond', type, then save.

I hope this is also for comments so staff can respond to review points.
