Title for Non-Transaction Questions and Questions from Client

For these type questions, once a response is given on these, the title or 'Subject' disappears in both the list of Questions and the communication thread. It would be VERY helpful to keep the Subject visible always on the list of questions (like email) and at the top of the communications thread when a particular question is selected. This would help us to quickly identify ones that we are trying to address at any point in time.
