PLEASE, this is needed, either auto-update the names when the data is pulled/refreshed, or give us the ability to rename them!

Keeping tasks and metrics up to date to reflect account name and number changes feels like an unnecessary time suck. Having this update would really elevate the experience. To go along with this, the recon section should be easier to reorder. Having a sort function that puts the tasks in order or name, number, or due date would be great. Or dragging and dropping should be improved.

I had this same issue come up today - 1 client with 7 companies doing intercompany transfers. Changed the COA of how we are going to handle these intercompany transfers and sadly I have to delete all tasks and reset up.

And the KPI visuals!! 😭 Every time an account is renamed, it messes with every metric you've created with that account!

AMEN!!! it is a pain to delete and re-add the task and then remember to assign as well. :)
