Communicating with our team via chats is difficult for our firm. When an employee asks a manager a general question about a client via chats its difficult to track who's court the ball is in. Instead of only having "Open" or "Resolved" it would be much better to be able to pass the task back in forth so it can be resolved on my end but open on my employees end. If more is needed they can pass it back and reopen it on my end and close it on theirs. "Pass task back to Employee xxx" or "Tasks in your court" would be an awesome feature to better manage very general communication for situations that aren't able to be defined well enough yet to become and official task
