I use Zapier to create all kinds of automations for QBO, including parsing documents, and then adding them to QBO in various ways, ( Expense, Bill, Journal Entry, etc.. )

It would be really helpful, if when a client responds to a selected (in Zapier from List) recurring Non-transaction Question, requesting a Statement or other document, if a Zapier Trigger would then make the clients response and the files they upload available to process in Zaps.

Most of my Non-transactions are requests for files, largely statements not available through a read only access option. So I have recurring monthly requests for Loan statements, payroll statements, credit card statements. and some bank statements.

Currently I manually drop them to a google drive folder, then Zapier runs the Zap, and next thing you know I have a error free Journal entry that only took me a few seconds, Then Zapier remove the file from the google drive folder when done.

What would be even better, is if when the Client responds to the Recurring Non-transaction Request named " Upload latest Payroll Statement" that would trigger the Zap and then next thing you know I have a error free Journal entry that only took me zero seconds.

Yes I prefer when clients use a payroll service that integrates to QBO, but I still have some clients that use payroll services that don't. also I don't know of any loan statements that sync to QBO, or are even available with read only access.
