Feature Requests

I would love to be able to download a report from the vendor request screen so that I can send it to my client confirming how many times we have requested the vendors' W-9s, and when the requests were made.

Currently when entering comments on a transaction inside of Keeper, say on the uncategorized transaction list, the box stays open after you hit enter. This slows down the most common use case, which would be to leave comment after comment and just hit enter each time before moving down to the next one. Currently you have to click out of the box EVERY SINGLE TIME and it is a very poor workflow if you have a host of comments to enter. This is especially annoying given that the ask client feature is not yet in the new QBO bank feed.

Ability to customize questions with multiple fields that the client is required to fill out to submit their answer or upload their receipts. (i.e., COA, Class, Location, Customer) In addition to the free-form field. This would significantly reduce the back-and-forth, and in my case, ensure the appropriate budget/project/customer is selected for budget allocation purposes.

When a client asks a question through the portal, add the ability turn this into a task.

Please add an option like the Close Status : Skipped to Client Questions. Sometimes the client never does respond to the question, but I need to clear it off the portal. I don't want to mark these as Resolved, because they're not, and I don't want to delete them because I want the history.

I would like to add common tools to the Resources tab that clients can access without having to leave the portal. An embed feature would be helpful for this.

I love that there is a static W9 link we can send to clients to use with their vendors. However, if we have a request already in Keeper for that Vendor, you are not allowed to connect it to that vendor. The only way is to delete the vendor request and make a new one from the static request. What I would expect is that if I choose a vendor that has a request already, a popup will warn you that there is already a request with some options of Would you like to attach this new file to the existing request? Would you like to delete the old request? Would you like to cancel this action?

We need to know who is moving items to resolved

Be able to set up recurring automated emails to clients to remind them of things they need to do prior to month end. Bonus points if it can have variable triggers for the email to go out (date, dollar amount exceeded, etc)

Metrics and graphs of client financials in the Client Portal. The purpose of this feature is to give the clients easier access to their financials and give them one more reason to go in and answer your questions :)
