Enable automated population of custom variables and metrics in Keeper by allowing integration with external data sources such as Google Sheets, BigQuery, or API access. Right now, entering custom metrics (e.g., billable hours, client-specific KPIs, operational ratios) requires manual input each month. This is both time-consuming and error-prone, especially across multiple clients. For our CFO clients, we already store operational metrics (like session counts, hours worked, staff utilization). We want to sync these directly into Keeper each month without manual rekeying.

Change the date ranges for metrics to be periods other than the trailing 12 months.

Be able to copy over Metrics formulas/sections from one client to another.

Current values available to work with in Metrics from the P&L and Cash flow are limited to the month being closed. It would be helpful to also display YTD values like YTD Gross Revenue, YTD Net Income, YTD Cash Increase. The same for current QTD. Perhaps this would be accessed from a new tab like Classes.

It would be great if we could calculate averages and define date ranges for the data to work off of. For example, we would have the ability to derive an average calculation based on the P&L's year to date total for any given expense line. Then, have it compare the actual monthly number to the calculated average to see the difference. The goal is to have to do as little manual manipulation as possible from one month to the next. Another thing involves date ranges. Currently, the data just builds from month to month which takes up a ton of screen space. It would be great if we could limit the view to the current year's months and not every month since inception dating back to when the metric was first built.

Is there a way in metrics or anywhere to see top 10 GL expense accounts for the month?

Show key metrics as quarterly rather than monthly

It would be great to run metrics to show comparisons of current year by month to last year by month for income, expense, and cost of goods sold to see the trends each year.

The ability to customize date range on visuals. -YTD -Fiscal YTD -Past Month

Ability to adjust printable options for metrics when preparing client financials so print is larger, maybe save in landscape view.
