Feature Requests

Want the ability to add a screenshot (copy/paste) to a comment you are making in the chat field. I know you can save a screenshot as a file and attach to a line item in keeper, but that's clunky and doesn't flow directly with your comment).

Notify in Keeper when a task that was previously assigned to another team member, gets assigned to me. Doesn't necessarily have to be an email sent, just an update on the dashboard in-app chat stating that a new task was assigned.

It would be very helpful to be able to edit or delete team chat messages. Sometimes you find the answer or realize you need to ask the question differently and there is no way to either remove a chat or edit it.

I'd love to see some improvements in the in-app chat: the view would be awesome if the message threads had an option for subject if non-trx or for the trx block to be at the very top with the message thread with expand view on the bottom a way to track whether an issue has been resolved in the chat itself ability to edit or delete comments ability to filter threads by date, subject, close section, close month, resolved/unresolved issues, etc. show our faces instead of our initials for the profile icon (same request for client portal) :) rich text editing

Make it easier to find a comment where you were @-tagged instead of just taking you to the close page.

While giving my team feedback, it's sometimes helpful to be able to include screen shots of what i want them to address. If we could include images in chat messages (preferrably including a "paste" feature rather than only an "Upload" option), it would help make keeper our one stop shop.

Would like to be able to use the tab key to autofill the users name when tagging them in an internal chat.

Would love to be able to click the email about a chat in Keeper and it would directly take us to the chat / comment itself instead of just the dashboard.

Allow links pasted into chat to be clickable

Allow users to create tasks from in-app chats.
