Client Assignable (Reassign) Transaction Questions
I send questions to the office manager, but often they need to be assigned to the owner. I want HER to be able to reassign client transactions to the owner. As it is now, she tells us it is an owner question, and then we have to change it in Keeper.

Client's File View Collapsed Folders by Default and Reorder folder
The "Files" view for clients gets very visually overwhelming quickly as time goes on because each folder is expanded and so the file list gets long. It would be great if the main folder headers (ie Account Reconciliation) are collapsed by default and client can click it if they which to view those files. I would also love reorganized the folder order so the Other Reports will be at the top.

Ability for clients to see resolved and answered questions
I have two client-contacts for one company. One of them answered the questions I asked. It would be useful if the second person has access to resolved/answered question and can see that these have been answered by the first person. This way they know that requested items were resolved (by their colleague/s) and can generally also keep track of their requests as well.

Select contact to CC on vendor requests
For clients with multiple contacts add the option to select which contacts are CC'd.
